Hello, my name is Giada and I am the founder of Tarassaco wedding & events planner. Those who know me describe me as an explosion of friendliness: cheerful, kind, creative, a strong and enterprising woman. Ambitious and eager to get things done, I am often called a “black sheep” because of my different ideas.
She has worked in the restaurant industry since she was a child, always nurturing a passion for organising events and weddings, experimenting with this profession. She is certain that change and different situations are necessary for growth and for deepening one's passions. She decided to attend a wedding planner course in both Milan and Puglia.
She loves challenges and enjoys organising unique events and weddings, responding to every need of her clients and making their day unique and special.
What does Giada Tamburrini Wedding & Event Planner offer?
Consultancy: she will listen to your ideas and your story, you can tell her about yourselves and together you will understand if her working method reflects you and your needs.
Partial service: she will only take care of certain aspects of your wedding. She will help you choose the missing suppliers, liaise directly with those already chosen, and draw up a timeline for the event that will be provided to everyone. Coordinating every aspect of the day, she will follow your choices step by step, helping you in every situation.
Full service: you will need to choose your wedding date. Based on your needs and requests, they will follow you step by step in the complete organisation, from the choice of all suppliers (location, catering, music, photos, videos, make-up, hairdresser, florist, wedding favours, lighting, equipment rental, etc.). They will recommend experienced suppliers, managing your budget, needs and tastes, and will follow everything down to the smallest detail, coordinating the day of the event.
Coordination: have you already organised everything but want to enjoy your wedding without any worries? She will take care of directing the event, coordinating the chosen suppliers and providing a timeline. She will be present to make sure that everything goes as you wish.
Ciao mi chiamo Giada e sono la fondatrice di Tarassaco wedding & events planner, chi mi conosce mi definisce un'esplosione di simpatia: solare, gentile, creativa, una donna forte e intraprendente. Ambiziosa e con voglia di fare, spesso definita una "pecora nera" per le idee differenti.
Ha lavorato nella ristorazione sin da piccola, nutrendo da sempre una passione per l'organizzazione di eventi e matrimoni, sperimentando questa professione. È certa che i cambiamenti e le varie situazioni servano per crescere e approfondire le passioni che si hanno. Ha deciso di frequentare il corso come wedding planner sia a Milano che in Puglia.
Ama le sfide e le piace organizzare eventi e matrimoni unici, rispondendo a ogni esigenza dei clienti e rendendo unico e speciale il loro giorno.

Servizio parziale: si occuperà solo di alcuni aspetti del vostro matrimonio. Vi aiuterà a scegliere i fornitori mancanti, avrà un contatto diretto con quelli già scelti, stilerà una time line dell'evento che verrà fornita a tutti. Coordinando il giorno in tutti i suoi aspetti, seguirà passo dopo passo le vostre scelte, aiutandovi in ogni situazione.
Servizio completo: dovrete scegliere la data del vostro matrimonio. In base alle vostre esigenze e alle vostre domande, vi seguirà passo dopo passo in un'organizzazione completa, dalla scelta di tutti i fornitori (location, catering, musica, foto, video, make-up, parrucchiere, fiorista, bomboniere, luci, noleggio attrezzature...). Vi consiglierà fornitori esperti gestendo il vostro budget esigenze e gusti, seguirà tutto nei minimi dettagli, coordinando il giorno dell'evento.
Coordinamento: avete già organizzato tutto ma desiderate godervi il matrimonio senza preoccupazioni? Si occuperà della regia dell'evento, coordinando i fornitori scelti fornendo e una time line. Sarà presente in modo da controllare che tutto possa procedere come desiderate.
