The BASARA BRAND was born in 2011 from the idea of its two co-founders: Danilo Migliarese, a logistics professional and a Japanese chef, with the idea of developing a concept that manages to combine the Japanese tradition and its rules with an idea of creative innovation, offering a unique culinary offering in locations with a strong character.
After the success of the restaurants in Milan, in 2015 BASARA opens in the heart of Venice, in Sestiere San Marco. At the beginning of 2020 the restaurant moved to Calle Lunga San Barnaba, in the Dorsoduro district.
The restaurant is the perfect location for a romantic lunch or dinner, away from the chaos of the lagoon, capable of giving an intimate atmosphere.
The menu is always based on the pillars of Basara cuisine: tradition and creativity that blend to create unique dishes. The restaurant also offers a take-away and delivery service throughout Venice.

Dopo il successo dei ristoranti di Milano, nel 2015 BASARA apre nel cuore di Venezia, in Sestiere San Marco. All'inizio del 2020 il locale si trasferisce in Calle Lunga San Barnaba, in Sestiere Dorsoduro.
Il ristorante è la location perfetta per un pranzo o una cena romantica, lontano dal caos della Laguna, capace di donare un’atmosfera intima.
Il menù è si basa sempre sui pilastri della cucina Basara: tradizione e creatività che si fondono per creare piatti unici. Il locale offre anche il servizio di take-away e di delivery su tutta Venezia.
